Q. How do I arrange for service?

A. Just call or email us .We set up an appointment for free in- home/office estimate. A representative from our office will visit each room and explain the tasks that are normally completed. Your special requirements are noted so that we can tailor a package precisely t your preferences.

Q. How many people will be in my home?

A. We normally assign a single cleaner and the same cleaner every week, But if You require a team of two or three we can accomidate your request. The size of your home will determine the number of staff that we will assign to service your home.

Q. Are you bonded and insured?

A. All Pristine Clean employees are bonded and insured and all of them are covered by WSIB. This means that if they should have an accident while cleaning  your home, You are not responsible for their medical bills. Many home owners are not aware of their potential personal liability for work- related injuries if the person or company they hire does not carry this insurance.

Q. Do I need to sign a residential cleaning contract?

A. No . You may cancel services at any time. Pristine Clean also reserves the right to cancel your service at any time.

Q. Do I need to do anything before the cleaners arrive?

A. In order for the cleaners to do their job, We ask that you pick up clothing, toys and other household items. The cleaners will not know where your personal items belong and we prefer that they not open your closets or drawers to put things away. 

Q. Why does the initial cleaning cost more?

A. It usually takes us longer to clean the house the first time because there maybe areas of the home that we will be cleaning that have not been cleaned recently.

Q. Is it okay to leave instructions on a note?

A. Of course it is! We believe that good communication is crucial to maintaining a good business relationship. We welcome and invite all feed back.

Q. What if i find a problem with the service?

A. Every clean is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. if you are not satisfied, A cleaner will return to your home and address the issue.

Q. What about pets?

A. pets are not a problem. We do need to know if you have them and we would like to have their names for reference. If you have large and/or aggressive pets we ask that you secure them while we are cleaning your home.

Q. Do I need to be home?

A. It is entirely your decision wheather you are there while we clean or if you issue us key. If you should choose to issue a key, Please be assured that we will take every measure to protect your keys.

Q. What about cleaning supplies and equipment?

A. For your convenience, We Furnish all necssary products and equipment.  However, We will gladly use any products you provide.

Q. What if  i need to skip a cleaning? 

A. Please call our office 24 hours in advance. Under 24 hours is subject to a     $ 50.00 cancellation fee. Repeatedly skipping your scheduled cleanings will result in termination of service.
